I don't have a trampoline of my own can I still join from home?

You can rent a trampoline from us for $80/mo. We will deliver it and leave it at your door for contacless delivery. You will then receive our Intro video to get you started with the basics of Jumping.


What if my trampoline needs repairs?

If you are having any issues with your trampoline, we will exchange it for you at any point so you dont have to worry about anything.


I don't have much space in my home, does it stow away?

Yes! The bar comes out and you can stand up the trampoline and it will ake up less space in your home.


I’ve never taken a Jumping® class, what should I know?

If you are a beginner, here are some important things you should keep in mind:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class. This will allow you enough time to go over basics.

  • Please bring clean shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

Keep in mind:

  • Everyone had a first class at some point and felt vulnerable. We are a supportive bunch of people! Don’t feel discouraged or worry about looking silly. Grow and practice at your own pace!


I am not very coordinated, can I still do this?

We use basic steps that after about 3 classes will not seem confusing and you will be able to keep up with.


​I am a mom, will I pee my pants?

This depends on your pelvic floor. It's not as bad as you probably imagine, because we do not jump up, we push down into the mat which works the core and glutes. Plus, Jumping is great for strengthening your core and your pelvic floor.


Has anyone fallen off?

We have not had anyone fall off. We don't jump up high into the air. If you do feel off balance, there are handlebars you can hold on to at any point.


Do you provide changing rooms and lockers?

Yes, we offer separate changing/storage rooms for men and women, free of charge. Jumping Fitness Victoria is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
